Russia launched the last mission in 1976

On January 2, 1959, the Soviet Union (Russia) sent the Luna-1 spacecraft. It was the first space plane to reach the Moon. But Russia could not get much success in this mission. Big success was found for the second time in Luna 2 mission. It gave important information about the lunar surface, which showed that there is no magnetic field there. Since then, Russia has launched 24 Luna missions. Russia launched the last Moon mission Luna 24 in 1976.

Luna can land on the moon before Chandrayaan

Russia's 25th moon mission Luna-25 has now gone towards the moon. It will keep moving towards the moon for 5 days. After this it will revolve in its orbit for 7-10 days. It is believed that it can land on the lunar surface between 21 and 22 August. While India's Chandrayaan is expected to land on the evening of 23 August. Luna-25 will work to collect and analyze lunar soil samples.

landing on the south pole

Luna-25 was launched with the help of Soyuz 2.1B rocket. Luna-25 will also land on the South Pole in the moon. This will be the first time to land on the Moon's South Pole. All the lunar missions that have been done before this have reached the equator of the moon. This mission of Russia has been launched with the aim of researching the internal structure of the Moon and searching for water and other things.

Two lander mission launch

After the breakup of the Soviet Union, Russia launched two space landing missions, which were unsuccessful. Mars-96 launched in 1996 and Phobos-Grunt in 2011 crashed in the Pacific Ocean. Now 12 years later they are launching Luna-25 and the biggest question is whether it will be able to reach the Moon or not and if it does, what will it be?" Can he get down there?'
